Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to send it back to us within 4 days upon delivery!

Our return policy is for store credit only.

Items are eligible for return if:

All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached.


All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.


Due to health reasons, all Swimsuit, Bodysuit and undergarment purchases are FINAL SALE.

Also, ALL sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs.

If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact Customer Service. All claims must be made within 3 days upon delivery.

If "Pick Up" option is chosen at checkout customer MUST pick up within 7 business days of purchase. After the 7th day your is restocked and you the customer will be charged a restock fee 30% of purchase. After 30 days of no call/no show the customer will not be issued a refund.

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your item(s) they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
